1. Set
your own goal/target.
Make
sure you write your goal and stick it where you find it useful to boost your motivation throughout the lose weight process.
Your
goal must be realistic. Realistic here means that it is achievable. Often
people with excessive weight like us set totally unrealistic target eg; to lose 40 – 50 pounds a month as at the
end it de-motivate us because we never achieve what we want and see it as a
total failure. If it is to get you obese will take years, so do losing weight.

As
for me, with weight of 248.16 pounds (my weight when I’ve started) my target is
